Cashew Cheese Dip

  • 2 cups Organic Soaked Cashews

  • 1 large Organic Garlic Clove

  • 1 Chunk of Organic Red Onion--Roughly half of a small onion

  • 1 TBSP Sea Salt

  • Overflowing TBSP of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

  • Overflowing TBSP of Organic Lemon Juice

  • 1 Scoop Blue Bonnet Organic Brewer's Yeast (Non-bitter)

  • 2 TSP Slap Yo Mama Red and Black Pepper (or equivalent for tanginess)

Put all ingredients in a Vitamix or Food Processor. Blend until smooth. Great dip for everything from potato chips to cauliflower or can be used in vegan seven-layer-dip. For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
