As a Stay-At-Home Mom my goal is always to get the healthiest food I can into my children. That involves sneaking extra nutrient-density into traditional dishes. These recipes have been devised with the goal of getting lots of nutrition into quick and easy snacks and drinks that the kids love. Whenever my kids drink greens and superfoods I consider it a win!
